Our services are offered only to businesses in the United States. This website is not directed at people located outside the United States, and it is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

- Resource requests: your first name and email address when you request a download such as the Marketing P&L Scorecard.
- Call bookings: your name, email address, phone number (optional), approximate monthly revenue range, and anything else you choose to share when you book a call.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, including replies to our emails and files you attach.

- Pages you visit, how you arrived (for example, a link or ad), and actions such as form submissions.
- Device and browser type, and approximate location (city or region) based on your IP address.
- Whether you open our emails or click links in them.

If we add advertising tools in the future (for example, the Meta Pixel), we will update this policy before doing so.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above so they can perform services for us, when required by law, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

- Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Browsers' "Do Not Track" signals are not consistently supported, so this site does not currently respond to them.

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Visitors from outside the United States
This website and our services are intended only for the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.
